Social Optimization Laboratory

Mission

Optimization for the social good encompasses modeling and prescriptive efforts to foster practices aimed at helping people be educated, healthy, and conscious of the issues of societal concern

in today's well-connected, data-rich world.

The long-term objective of SOLLAB is to make advances in social network modeling, influence maximization, and inference based on big data, to strategically build teams and communities that will promote human collaboration, synergy, and informativeness.
